After sparing today I really wanted like a ton of meat. I settled for another subway but it is a common desire for me after a good work out.

Still, well done. Try drinking a couple of real big glasses of water, first. Dehydration frequently masquerades as hunger.

I a drink a lot of water a day but I may give that a try.
