I overslept today. I feel a little weird. Not 100%. May be depression talking there. I am not in the pits of despair or anything, just down a bit. May be effecting how I feel physically I guess. Nothing big though.

Calorie counts look pretty good ... how active are you being at the moment? Exercise not only boosts calorie use (duh!) but releases endorphins that improve the mood. Plus if you can get sunlight that often helps as well.

Just telling you the same things I'm telling myself! Plus I'm telling myself I need more sleep!

Wow, that breakfast biscuit must be *really* good, as it's 60% of your daily calories in one bun!
