weight loss

I am kind of breaking one of my rules and talking about diet stuff here. But hey it may help keep me focused. eh.

so I decided to go with an online calorie counter at

http://www.calorie-count.com/

I like the site. I think it is pretty comprehensive. I think if any of my friends are looking at weight they may want to look at it.

oh and my calorie intake for the day is 2,262. That is about 700 under goal.

Are you taking a multivitamin? Drinking a *lot* of fluids, preferrably water? Both of those help a lot.

yep. Enough water everyday I feellike I am going to wash away and yes i take a multivitamin.

Good for you!

I was at my heaviest just after I got married. (No surprise, since I was miserable and feeding my face instead of my heart.)

I've done Weight Watchers on and off (more off than on), but I really like it. I think if you find something that works, go for it. I've lost 40 pounds on the WW Wagon. It's an ongoing struggle for me to lose weight, and probably will be for life, but I've accepted that.

Just take care of yourself, get the nutrition that you need, and hang in there!
