(no subject)

I am trying this week and for a while now to build up my endurance. Specifically I am getting the treadmill and the exercise bike up to as fast I can without being in danger of causing pain to myself. And then I try and see how long I can keep that up. I want to be able to do a 15 minute mile without winding myself to bad. I am not there yet but it is a goal.
