The workout felt good today. I did a mile on the exercycle, 10 minutes on the eliptical crosstrainer, 60 reps on the crunch machine set at 105 pound weight, and the 20 minute mile as my cool down. 300 soundtrack is good to listen to while working out. I have a tendancy to tune out everything while working out lately and just fall in on myself.
