back in keep things posted mode.

So I am back in post my daily totals mode as I am reducing the count down to 2000 calories. I have to say yesterday was weird as i was really tired at work. I did do about 40 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of strength training and crunches. Today it was 50 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of strength and crunches. My real weakness is still fast and easy food. I want to eat chick-fil-a and subway and what have you. I am trying to be good but the temptation is there. At least I feel less desire to go to CiCi's and annihilate the pizza buffet so progress there. No more buffets at all from here on out actually. Go places where I can order something and move on if i am eating out.

(no subject)

So my stupid leg is having a flare up. It feels like I have a small bag of bruise tield to my leg. The doctors told me that would happen from time to time until all the damage from previous infections had cleared out. I am propping it up and I will be putting ice on it tonight when I get home. I really don’t want this to turn into another my leg has gone sour situation.

Damn it all to hell.

I am not amused.
