So I notice I went over today. Specifically the cider sent me over. They have far more calories than I knew. Lesson learned. Tomorrow I will be better. Weekdays are easier to stay on track than weekends. There is more of routine in weekdays. The lack of routine on weekends makes it harder to stay on the track.
