I woke up feeling kind of rough. I felt achy and drawn thin. I went to the gym this morning and did do some time on the tread mill but not as much as usual. Only about half a mile. It may be I am fighting off getting sick. I don't know. Still I made it to the gym even while feeling bleh. That is something. I really I would like to make it to the gym at least 4 days a week so I am on track there. Right now I am having joint pain. Yep. Fighting getting sick.
