Just so you know, butter and margarine have the same amount of calories and fat, and there is some evidence that hydrogenated vegetable oil is at least as bad, and possibly worse for you than milk fat. Besides, butter tastes better. Just saying... The only other comment I would make is that you really need to address your protein/carbohydrate imbalance. Believe it or not, carbohydrates can actually make you feel hungrier in the long run. Keep it up. It will be worth it in the end. Have the scales come yet?

I like Smart Balance Light as an alternative to butter. It has omega-3s. Not sure how many calories it has, though.

Is there an easy way to post the Food Log table?

What I due is copy the whole thing and post it in rich text format on my post. It comes through like it looks on my food log that way.
