Don't sweat the numbers overly much. You're doing a great job. You've also been working out, which can increase your weight. Granted, I know you're working on getting the overall number down, but small fluctuations like this aren't a big deal. As long as the overall trend is down, which it has been, you're doing great. :)

I know your right but it was alittle discourging last night when I weighed in. But still I am 40lbs less than the beginging of the year. I will keep to things and not loose my head.

Yeah. A one-time exception isn't too much to stress about. Keep plugging away, and you'll get there.

3lbs, is that all? I can easily go up and down by 7lbs in a day (a UK pint of water weighs a pounds and a quarter, and I know that my bladder will hold near enough two UK pints, don't ask me how I know!)

So don't worry about it unless you find yourself going up for three weeks in a row ... it just means the next weigh in is likely to show a bigger loss (particularly if you give renewed focus to what you're eating between now and then, drink plenty of water, try to not add too much salt, and sleep properly ... at least those are all of my excuses, you're free to borrow them (grin!))
