I cranked up the work out a bit this morning. I went farther and longer than I have on the cardio work out. I will keep pushing it until I hit a limit I cant pass then I will push some more. It is like I have a chip on my shoulder against my physical condition. I will push till my body gets to the place I want it.

That's the way to make anger a positive...

Don't push too hard, though. Keep up the pace you'vr built so far. Go too fast and you'll lose progress.

Be careful that you don't push too hard and end up hurting yourself. You wouldn't be able to work out at all if you hurt yourself.
