Btw - congratulations on your continuing efforts! Being at month 2 of my diet (and having spent years on and off in the last 5 to drop 60 pounds prior to meeting everyone here) I completely appreciate the discipline, focus, and mental and emotional energy you're putting forth to track and be aware of your choices.
