The weight is the lowest it has been in my variable weigh ins. I am at 430.6. Lets keep the trend up I say. I ate more today but I also did sparing in the afternoon so it balances out. I am still well below goal. If those of us who do spar had the time to do it 4 or 5 times a week we probably would be in much better shape all around. It is a full body workout. it is also fun. For those who don't know this is larp sparing. Using padded weapon with a set of rules we work on our technique. It is not exactly a martial art mind you but many similar skills and thinking are involved. To get an idea of what it looks like in practice her is something a dear friend took a picture of at one of our events.
